A century after the Drowning, the sea has healed, and people live on floating villages and green islands linked by sail, trading what they know as stories. Kavi Solano, son of a famous tidewalker who sailed away and never came back, must carry his village's plea across the water before a great cyclone arrives. An optimistic maritime adventure from island to island.
